All parcels sent to mainland UK (excluding the Scottish Highlands) are sent via DPD who provide a Next Working Day delivery service.
For Non-Mainland UK addresses and the Scottish Highlands we use Royal Mail Special Delivery, which guarantees next working day delivery between 8:00am - 1:00pm.
Please note that in order to receive your order the next working day, you must place your order before 3.30pm. Please note that Saturday, Sundays and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.
Parcels may be delayed if we feel further fraud prevention security checks need to be carried out.
Can I track my parcel?
If you have not received your parcel when expected you can email us and we will be able to help track your parcel. If emailing, please ensure you include your order number and we will send you a tracking number that can be used on the relevant website.
Can I get my parcel delivered to a different address?
You have the option to add a different delivery address when placing your order with us. Please note, for your protection, there may be a delay in despatching an order to a different address, due to fraud prevention measures. You will be informed if this is the case.
Can I change my delivery address after my parcel has been despatched?
DPD
We encourage you to choose an address at the checkout where someone will be to sign for the goods. In the event that you want your parcel delivered to a different address after the first attempt, please contact us and we can do this free of charge, providing the parcel does not have to be sent to a different DPD depot.
Royal Mail
If your order has been sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, we are unable to amend the address after it has been despatched.
Can someone else sign for my delivery?
Yes, anyone at the specified delivery address can sign for the goods.
DPD have not delivered my parcel?
If you are not in on the first delivery attempt DPD should leave a card through your door giving you further instructions. If you have not received this, please email us where we will be able to help track your parcel.
Royal Mail have not delivered my parcel?
If the delivery is missed, Royal Mail will post a card through your door and give you further instructions on which local sorting office to pick your parcel up from. In nearly every case it is the one closest to your house.
Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up orders from our warehouse.
We ship to the whole world at a flat rate fee of £15 and if you spend £100 or more delivery is completely FREE!

Will I be charged customs and import charges?
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
Aspecteyewear.com offers a hassle free returns policy. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return goods to us within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund provided that the goods are returned in their original condition. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless you have received a faulty or incorrect item (See faulty or incorrect items).
When packaging the return please ensure that you include your Order Receipt / Email or a cover note that includes your Order ID. Please note that there will be delays on refunds where no information is included in the parcel.
You are required to arrange and pay for the return of the goods and the goods are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a signed for delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Popular UK options are Royal Mail’s Recorded and Special Delivery Services (ask your post office about these) but feel free to use alternative companies you may have access to. Please ensure to keep hold of your proof of postage, as this will be required, should you need to process a claim against the delivery company you have used.
We will always accept returned goods, provided that they are returned within 14 days of receipt and are in their original condition. In the unlikely event that goods are returned to us in a condition other than which you received them, we will send them back to you.
Please allow three working days from us receiving the goods, for the refund to be processed. We will send an email to the address on your account on the day that the refund is processed. The money will be refunded back to the original method of payment. Refunds to credit/debit cards can take 3-5 working days to show in your account. PayPal refunds will show in your PayPal account as soon as we have processed them and PayPal will also email you to confirm.

I have received a faulty/incorrect item?
We are very sorry that you have received a faulty/incorrect item. Please email us to let us know the problem and we will contact you with the procedure to send the item back to us. If you do not contact us prior to sending the item back we will be unable to refund any postage costs incurred in doing so.
Exchanges
Presently, the only way we can offer an exchange is for you to buy the garment you are wanting as an exchange from the website and then send the item you do not require back to us for a refund.
